Ordered flowers on the 1st of May to be delivered on the 12th for an anniversary for a 82 year old widow who was recently bereaved I’m absolutely gutted that these are not even in the system yet to be delivered this firm is a bunch of cowboys just wish I’d read reviews before ordering
I’m gutted that they won’t be delivered today and have no clue when they should arrive! I will be pursuing a full refund through my bank as goods have not been received. And customer service couldn’t give a dam or gaurantee flowers come on the day you order them for even with near 2 weeks notice I would never buy again from these and will spread the word to warn others on every platform I can find.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the second time I’ve ordered from them for Valentine’s Day. The first time, they delivered a day late, and they’ve done the same thing again. USELESS!!! I placed my order three days ago, and who knows when the flowers will be delivered. I gave them a second chance, HUGE MISTAKE! NEVER AGAIN
